Bowel cancer is one of the most common cancers. 1 in 12 people will have bowel cancer at some stage in their life. Even though most cancers grow slowly there is an advantage to picking up the disease as early as possible. It is diagnosed with a camera test (colonoscopy) or with a scan (a CT). The treatment almost always involves surgery but sometimes drug treatment in the form of chemotherapy.
If you want to discuss these treatments then please contact my secretary to book an appointment.
